We specialize in the manufacturing of medium- to high-volume aluminium and precision-engineered zinc pressure die-cast components, along with low-volume gravity die-cast components. Our production capabilities are designed to meet diverse industrial requirements while maintaining strict quality standards and dimensional accuracy.

Our primary focus is on two widely used alloys—LM 24 (46200) and ADC 12—for producing high-pressure die-cast components, known for their excellent casting characteristics and strength. For gravity die-cast components, we have the flexibility and expertise to manufacture castings using virtually any castable aluminium alloy, allowing us to support a broad range of applications.

Our facility is equipped with a Toyo 180-tonne locking force cold-chamber high-pressure die-casting machine, integrated with a state-of-the-art control panel to ensure precision, efficiency, and process consistency. With this advanced setup, we can produce high-pressure die-cast components ranging in weight from just a few grams up to 1 kg.
